[1] INTRODUCTION: Yitalia offers an online web assistance service to the customers and it undertakes to the conclusion and to the good result of the service.

[2] QUOTES: The customer must and can demand, before the formal request of engagement, a free estimate to have a general view of the coust and of the times required to the realization of the project(s) who intends to commission. The customer must provide all informations useful for the estimate, sending, if request, the material who has (contents, texts and images). YItalia, at the better of its abilities, undertakes to draw up an estimate, more near possible to the final price of the project. The quote must to be considered indicative, because each single change and additional works, will do change the price of the estimate. The prices, as explicitly descript in the service page, are never the same between project and project, but they change according to 4 main factors: time of working required, availability at the moment, complessity of the project and resources required.

[3] PAYMENTS: YItalia gives full freedom about the modality of the payment, which must however be fulfilled after the conclusion of the work.
It is preferable a payment in two times for the customers who need the purchase by YItalia of external resources (space and/or domain name, templates etc etc.): a first payment, relative the purchase of the external resources, and the rest at the conclusion of the project.
It is preferable a payment at the conclusion of the project for the customers who do not need the purchase by YItalia of external resources. (space and/or domain name, templates ecc ecc.)

[4] REFOUNDS: Are allowed total or partial refunds only in the following cases:

a) The customer has payed a first payment for the project and this last does not respect the qualities requested form the customer at the beggining;

b) The customer has payed a first payment for the project, but YItalia come out default, because it does not have the abilities required to conclude with success of the project (only and explicitly declared by YItalia);

[6] PROJECTS NOT ALLOWED: YItalia, as own policy, does not assume any responsibility about the contents of a web site after the conclusion of its work. Each customer is responsible of the own web space and of the own products purchased. YItalia however does not accept projects which the contents transgress the law.

[7] SUSPENSION OF THE WORK: In a case that a project under construction or already completed does not respect the qualities of the customer and for all cases that the customer decide to suspend the work under construction, are not allowed refunds about the external resources purchased (space and/or domain name, templates ecc ecc.) is allowed a refunds in the case that the customer has payed a first payment which is not within the cousts of the purchase of the external resources. In the case of the customer deliberately hide some contents in the estimate phase and then in contruction phase YItalia find out that the project has contents described in the point 6, YItalia reserve the right to suspend with discretion the work with the customer and to refund eventual payments payed which is without the cousts of the purchase of the external resources.
In all these cases the project will be retired and archived by YItalia. (read 8 point)
